April 17, 2008: Hi Buster! I will be in a fashion show on the 12 of June. I think i should wear one of your pretty necklaces however i do not know which color to choose. I am a short haired Chihuahua and tan in color. Any suggestions? --Lady from New Orleans.

Buster: Hi Lady! I would suggest one of our necklaces from our tiny teacup collection. Since you are predominately tan i would suggest a darker color so it will really pop on the runway! Maybe something black and with crystals!

March 10, 2008: Hi Buster! Its almost Mother's day and i need a gift for my mama. She loves going out at night and wearing big chunky bracelets. Any Advice? --Denny from New York City

Buster: Hi Denny! Your timing is great! We just got in all these incredible multi strand necklaces and wrap bracelets. I would check out the Pet Lover's section of our website and then pick jewelry that you can see her wearing. I would go with her favority color.

May 2, 2008: Hi Buster! My mom just changed my food and not my stomach is not feeling well and i am going to the bathroom all of the house. Any suggestions?-- Marisol from Las Vegas

Buster: Hi Marisol! Your upset stomach should go away soon I promise. When our human friends change our food all at once it does a number on our digestive systems because we are used to the food we were on. Tell your mom that next time she changes you food to do it a little at a time and mix the new food in with the old for the first few days. If you aren't feeling better in another 24 hours I would contact your veterinarian.

May 10, 2008:  Hey Buster! I just had my yearly vaccinations and not i am feeling shakey and under the weather. This has never happen to me before. What's going on. -- Mr. Maxx from Boynton Beach, FL

Buster: This is a tricky one. Sometimes vaccinations, though they are given to protect, sometimes they make us dogs sick because too many are given at one time. A vaccination stimulates the dog's immune system to protect itself against disease. When the antigen or infectious agent enters the dog's body, it is recognized as foreign and antibodies are produced to bind to it and destroy it.  Some animals have a systemic reaction to the vaccination, including a low-grade fever or muscle aches and pain. This reaction is more common in young and toy breed dogs and causes them to eat less and sleep more for 24-48 hours. Rarely, dogs will have a more severe reaction, characterized by hives, swelling of the face, or even vomiting. This reaction is easily prevented by giving antihistamine at the time of subsequent vaccinations. Make sure you tell your veterinarian about your vaccine reaction so he or she can take steps to prevent a recurrence.
